By booking or using any service provided by 3ON Carwash, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3ON Carwash provides mobile car washing and detailing services across selected emirates in the UAE. Service availability depends on location, operating hours, and vehicle type.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion if conditions are unsafe, access is restricted, or the vehicle requires specialised handling beyond our scope.
All bookings are subject to slot availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or on-screen.
You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible at the booked time and location. Failure to provide access may result in the booking being marked as completed without a refund.
You may cancel or reschedule a booking at any time before the washer is marked as "On the Way". Once the washer is en route, cancellations are not accepted.
3ON Carwash reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to weather conditions, vehicle issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.
All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are confirmed at the time of booking and will not change after confirmation.
We accept cash on arrival, online card payment, bank transfer, and invoice payment for business accounts. Payment must be completed as agreed at the time of booking.
Our team takes every precaution to handle your vehicle with care. However, 3ON Carwash is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues resulting from the vehicle's condition prior to the wash.
Any claims for damage must be raised within 24 hours of service completion with photographic evidence.
Loyalty stamps are earned on individual pay-per-wash bookings only. Subscription washes, promotional bookings, and gifted washes do not qualify. Stamps have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
3ON Carwash reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
