Booking
How do I book a wash?
Simply click 'Book Now' on our website, choose your service, vehicle type, location, and preferred time. The whole process takes under 2 minutes.
Can I book for the same day?
Yes, subject to availability. Same-day bookings are accepted if a slot is open in your area.
Can I book for multiple vehicles?
Yes. During booking you can specify the number of vehicles and the system will calculate the total price automatically.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule anytime before our washer is marked as 'On the Way'. After that, cancellations are not accepted.
Services & Pricing
Are prices fixed or do they change?
All prices are fixed and shown upfront before you confirm your booking. No hidden fees.
Do prices vary by emirate?
Yes, pricing may vary slightly depending on which emirate you are in. The correct price is shown automatically based on your location during booking.
What vehicles do you service?
We wash Sedans, SUVs, Motorcycles, Boats (3 sizes), and Caravans (3 sizes).
Do you offer packages?
Yes. We have 3 packages that combine services at a discounted rate. View them on our Services page.
On the Day
Do I need to be present during the wash?
Not necessarily. As long as our team can access the vehicle, you do not need to be there. Just make sure the location is accessible.
What do your washers bring?
Our team arrives fully equipped — water, products, equipment. You do not need to provide anything.
How will I know when the washer is coming?
You will receive WhatsApp notifications at every stage: booking confirmed, washer on the way, job started, and job completed.
How long does a wash take?
A normal wash takes around 20–30 minutes. Interior detailing or full packages may take 45–90 minutes depending on vehicle size.
Payment & Loyalty
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on arrival, online card payment (via Telr), bank transfer, and pay later / invoice for business accounts.
How does the loyalty stamp card work?
Every individual wash earns 1 stamp. After 6 stamps, your 7th wash is completely free. Stamps are tracked automatically in your account.
Do subscription washes earn stamps?
No. Subscription washes do not earn loyalty stamps. Stamps only apply to individual pay-per-wash bookings.
What is the monthly subscription?
Our subscription gives you 4 washes per month at a discounted rate. Contact us on WhatsApp to get started.
